I need a seasoned recruiter who can quickly surface strong, job-ready candidates for multiple technical openings in ERP, Application Support, Business Analysis and Data Analysis. At this stage I’m concentrating solely on sourcing, so your mission is to fill the top of the funnel with qualified profiles that match each role’s must-have skills and experience.

Here’s what I expect:
• A curated shortlist for each vacancy, complete with résumés, basic screening notes and contact details.
• Candidates gathered through proactive outreach and smart use of LinkedIn, niche job boards, Boolean search and any other sourcing tools you prefer.
• Weekly progress updates so we can keep the pipeline moving and adjust search parameters quickly if needed.
