Technical Recruiters - Interns / Freshers

TechMash Consulting is an IT talent consulting firm working with software product companies and fast-growing tech start-ups. As our client requirements continue to grow, we are looking to welcome interns / freshers / early-career professionals who are eager to start a career in IT recruitment.
No prior recruitment experience is required — structured training and mentoring will be provided.
What you will do
Learn how to understand IT job requirements and assist in sourcing suitable candidates for technical roles.
Support the team in searching and engaging candidates primarily through platforms like LinkedIn and job portals.
Help with resume screening, candidate shortlisting, and basic pre-screening calls.
Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and maintain recruitment data in shared trackers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and next steps.
What we are looking for
Freshers, interns, or career starters with a strong interest in recruitment and HR.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
