Technical Recruiters - Full time or freelancers
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run TechMash Consulting, an IT talent firm serving software product companies and tech-driven start-ups. My client demand has outpaced our internal capacity, so I’m opening the door to seasoned freelance recruiters who can help me source and qualify great people on an incentive-only model.
Right now our most urgent mandate is to find fellow technical recruiters, though engineering and other specialist IT roles frequently follow. Your main hunting ground will be LinkedIn, and nearly all vacancies sit squarely in the Information Technology sector.
Here’s how we’ll work together
• I share detailed job specs, compensation ranges and timelines.
• You search, engage and pre-screen candidates, then send me résumé + brief notes confirming interest, availability and salary expectations.
• We track each pipeline in a shared sheet and you keep status updates current.
• When a candidate you supplied is hired, you immediately receive the agreed commission via milestone.
Acceptance criteria per vacancy
– At least three interview-ready profiles delivered within the requested timeframe.
– Candidate details verified and permission to submit granted.
– Clear, consistent communication from first shortlist through final offer.
