Technical & Operational Roles Recruitment

We are looking for a recruiter or talent sourcer who can help us identify and connect with qualified candidates for several technical and operational roles.
Your main responsibility will be to research, identify, and introduce strong candidates who match our hiring requirements. Current roles include IT equipment setup and support contractors who configure and manage laptops for remote developers and North America–based partners who help represent and manage client relationships for international software teams .
The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing professionals for technical, IT support, or software-related roles, performing initial candidate screening, and presenting qualified candidates efficiently.
You should be organized, proactive, and capable of finding strong candidates through professional networks, job boards, and other sourcing methods.
