Female Tech Recruiter/Agency - Full-time/part-time/contract
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a recruiter who can speak clear, confident English. The focus is technology hiring at the entry level, so you will spend most of your day finding junior developers, QA engineers, support specialists, and similar roles.
Your core duties are two-fold:
• Sourcing and screening candidates – building targeted Boolean searches, running LinkedIn Recruiter campaigns, tapping junior talent pools, and keeping our ATS tidy with notes and status updates.
• Conducting first-round interviews – phone or video, in English, assessing both technical fundamentals and soft-skill fit before passing shortlisted profiles to our team.
Onboarding and later-stage HR tasks are handled internally, so your energy stays on pipeline building and early evaluation.
I’m open to either a full-time schedule or a part-time arrangement, provided you overlap with UA time and can keep a steady flow of qualified candidates each week. If you have a solid track record placing tech talent and enjoy the hunt for promising juniors, let’s talk.
