US Tech & Healthcare Recruiter

I need a recruiter who already knows the U.S. talent market inside-out and can step in immediately to fill full-time positions across both tech and healthcare. You’ll run the entire hiring cycle—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers—all with your own tools, network, and database.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have their own sourcing tools and candidate database.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for tech and healthcare roles.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
ROLE DETAILS:
This is a full commission–based role with high earning potential per successful hire.
Flexible and remote working.
