Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will take the lead in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of departments. You will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles
Source candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking)
Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to ensure alignment with role and company values
Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication throughout the hiring process
Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, source effectiveness)
