Talent Acquisition – PBX / VoIP / Asterisk Engineer (Oman-Based)

We are looking for a freelance talent acquisition specialist / technical recruiter to help us identify, screen, and introduce qualified PBX / VoIP engineers, preferably with Asterisk experience, who are available to work in Oman.
This is not an engineering role.
Your task is to find the right engineer, verify technical capability, and connect them with us.
Responsibilities
Search for and source PBX / VoIP engineers (Asterisk preferred)
Target candidates willing to relocate to Oman
Screen candidates for:
Hands-on Asterisk / VoIP experience
SIP, trunks, gateways, call routing, codecs, NAT, firewalls
Real deployment experience (not just theoretical knowledge)
Conduct initial interviews and technical vetting
Share shortlisted candidates with:
CV / profile
Availability
Expected salary or freelance rate
Work permit / relocation status (if applicable)
Ideal Candidate (You)
Proven experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong understanding of telecom / VoIP / PBX roles
Ability to assess real technical depth (not keyword matching)
Existing network of telecom or VoIP engineers is a big plus
Comfortable working on success-based or milestone-based engagement
Engineer Profile We Are Looking For
PBX / VoIP Engineer
Strong experience with Asterisk (mandatory)
SIP, RTP, SBC, VoIP security, carrier interconnects
Experience with on-prem deployments
Engagement & Payment
Freelance / short-term recruitment task
Payment can be:
Per qualified candidate
Success-based (upon hiring)
