Source Senior AI/ML Engineers
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m expanding an R-and-D heavy product team and need an experienced technical recruiter who can bring in senior-level AI/ML engineers that can hit the ground running. The role goes far beyond résumé collection; I expect you to map the talent market, approach passive candidates, and put each engineer through a rigorous, engineering-grade screening process that proves they can architect, build, and ship production-ready models.
You’ll have direct access to our hiring manager for calibration, but I’ll rely on you to:
• Draft or refine the job brief so it resonates with seasoned machine-learning specialists.
• Identify talent across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, and relevant Slack/Discord communities, then run personalised outreach campaigns.
• Conduct first-round technical screens (code reviews, project deep dives, whiteboard sessions or Codility/HackerRank tasks—whatever best surfaces real skills).
• Compile a concise scorecard for every shortlisted candidate, summarising technical depth, communication skills, and cultural fit.
If you have a track record placing senior AI/ML talent and can speak their language—deep learning frameworks, data pipelines, research publications—let’s get started.
