Your task is to tap into your network, LinkedIn groups, alumni circles or any other recruitment channels you already trust, identify suitable candidates, and walk them through our simple onboarding.
Here’s how the collaboration flows. First, you introduce the role and share the official job description and FAQ I supply. Next, you highlight the platform’s key advantages—international client exposure, AI-powered voice translation, and the chance to earn more by selling services in their personal digital store. Finally, you guide each interested candidate as they create a profile, making sure it is complete and ready for review.
Deliverables I need from you:
• A tracked list of every entry-level Technology or Healthcare professional you approached, including contact details and response status.
• Confirmed sign-ups: candidates whose Digital Profile Shop is fully set up and live.
• Brief feedback on common questions or objections you heard so we can refine our material.
Fluency with standard sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche job boards, referral groups) will help you hit the ground running, but I’m open to any creative method that brings qualified new experts onto the platform.
