Source Entry-Level HR Generalist
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a seasoned recruiter who can quickly identify and attract an entry-level HR Generalist for my team. The right fit should hold a bachelor’s degree in HR (or a closely related field), feel comfortable navigating common HR software suites, and demonstrate solid communication skills from the first interaction.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Craft and post an engaging job ad on suitable channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, university career boards, niche HR forums, etc.).
• Actively source and screen applicants, using your own ATS or mine.
• Conduct initial interviews that probe technical knowledge, software familiarity, and interpersonal abilities.
• Present a concise shortlist with interview notes and your personal recommendations.
• Coordinate final-round interviews and gather feedback until I sign off on a hire.
