Senior Talent Recruiter Wanted
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
This project involves end-to-end recruitment for a mix of technical and non-technical senior-level roles across several teams. I will provide a high-level brief for each vacancy; from there the assignment covers:
• Drafting or refining clear job descriptions
• Actively sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and leading job boards
• Conducting initial screenings and competency-based interviews
• Presenting a vetted shortlist with interview notes and salary expectations
• Coordinating calendars and keeping both candidates and hiring managers updated until final offer stage
Success is measured by time-to-shortlist, candidate quality, and acceptance rate. Solid expertise with modern recruiting tools, Boolean search, and targeted outreach is essential, as is a professional yet engaging communication style that appeals to senior talent.
