I need an experienced recruiter who can take full ownership of sourcing and short-listing senior-level talent for several open roles in my organization. Your focus will be on quickly identifying qualified candidates, conducting the first round of screening calls, and presenting me with a concise, well-annotated shortlist so I can move straight to panel interviews.
You should already be comfortable using common tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and any modern ATS. If you bring additional sourcing tricks or a strong executive-search network, that’s even better.
