I already have a steady flow of applications for several open roles in India and now need an experienced recruiter who can take over the screening and short-listing phase. You will receive the job descriptions and all incoming résumés, then filter, rank, and present only the most suitable profiles.
Your day-to-day work should cover résumé review, quick fit checks (phone or video, if you feel it adds value), and a concise report for each recommended candidate that highlights key skills, notice period, salary expectations, and any red flags. I expect the first curated shortlist within two weeks and the final, fully vetted list no later than one month from project kickoff.
When you respond, focus on the depth of your prior experience doing candidate screening in the Indian market—industries served, typical volumes handled, and any tools or ATS platforms you are comfortable with. No lengthy proposals are necessary; a brief overview of relevant achievements is enough for me to gauge fit.
Once we agree on the scope, I will give you immediate access to the applicant pool so you can start trimming the list right away and help me move to interviews faster.
