Renewable Energy Recruitment Specialist

I’m expanding our renewable-energy footprint across South-East Asia and need an experienced recruitment specialist who truly understands both Talent Acquisition and the technical nuances of Project Management within this sector. You’ll act as my on-the-ground hiring partner, building and running a full recruitment funnel that consistently produces high-calibre human-resource talent for our growing project teams.
Your day-to-day will involve partnering directly with me to map the market, craft compelling role briefs, and source, screen, and shortlist candidates who can thrive on complex renewable-energy projects. Because of the region’s fast-moving landscape, I value someone already familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, and a mainstream ATS such as Workable or Greenhouse, plus the cultural fluency to engage professionals in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and neighbouring markets.
