Remote Recruiter: Sales Manager Search
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need help filling a key Sales Manager role for our stainless-steel division and would like you to run the full remote recruiting cycle for me. The profile is very sales-driven: a proven track record in direct selling, accustomed to working toward ambitious targets, and ideally already familiar with stainless-steel or adjacent industrial products.
My priority is a crystal-clear job post that attracts exactly that kind of performer. I plan to publish the post on leading online job boards first; please take ownership of writing, optimising, and placing it, then manage the applicant flow that follows.
Once the post is live, screen every application, run initial interviews, and deliver a concise shortlist with your assessment notes and contact details so I can move straight to final interviews.
Deliverable
• Finalised job ad ready for posting
• Job board posting and management (you will use my corporate account)
• Shortlist of pre-qualified candidates (minimum three) complete with interview summaries and scorecards
