We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with experience in IT and cybersecurity hiring. The ideal candidate should understand technical roles, source top talent, screen candidates, and manage the complete recruitment process.
Responsibilities:-
-Source and recruit cybersecurity and IT professionals.
-Create and manage job postings.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
-Coordinate technical interviews.
Build a strong talent pipeline.
-Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
-Provide weekly hiring updates.
