1099 Recruitment Specialists Needed: Healthcare & IT
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I run a growing staffing firm and I’m looking to partner with recruiters who can bring in clients and job orders.
To be clear — this role is focused on client acquisition first, not candidate sourcing. I already have recruiters dedicated to filling roles. I need people who can go out, build relationships, and secure job orders for us to work on.
This is a 1099 commission-based role.
If you’re someone who:
• Can reach out to hiring managers and decision-makers
• Can generate job orders and open new accounts
• Can bring in hiring needs across Healthcare or IT
then I want to work with you.
If you’re also capable of filling the roles you bring in, that’s a big plus.
Commission structure:
• 20% commission for bringing in a client/job order
• 50% commission if you bring the client AND fill the role
Expectations:
• Consistent outreach and client acquisition activity
• Clear communication and accountability
• Ownership over results
We work across Healthcare and IT roles (nurses, allied health, software engineers, cloud, etc.), and we’re moving fast.
