Recruitment Specialist for a Rapidly Expanding Business

I’m scaling a fast-growing technology company and need a recruitment specialist who can hit the ground running to fill multiple entry-level roles right now. The demand is immediate, so I’m counting on someone who already knows where to find fresh, ambitious tech talent and can move them through the funnel without delay.

Your day-to-day will involve crafting attention-grabbing job ads, actively sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub and college career boards, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with our hiring managers. Familiarity with modern ATS tools—Lever, Greenhouse or similar—and a knack for maintaining a positive candidate experience are must-haves.

Deliverables I need from you:
• A curated shortlist of interview-ready candidates for each position within the first week.
• Clear progress updates and pipeline metrics every two days so we can pivot quickly if needed.
• Seamless handover of candidate profiles, interview notes and next-step recommendations.
