IT Recruitment Specialist/ Headhunter Needed

I'm seeking an experienced freelance IT recruiter or technical headhunter to help source and close candidates for mid to senior-level technical roles, including leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements in depth.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methodologies beyond regular job boards such as social media platforms, networking and referrals, and specialized tech forums.
- Conduct initial HR screenings.
- Coordinate with our internal panel for interview scheduling.
- Support offer negotiation and closing.

Requirements:
- Proven IT/Tech recruitment experience (5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Java tech and QC automation.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.

The project duration is 1-3 months, with a possibility of extension if needed.
This project is for a software product company based at Hyderabad, India and looking for freelancer having expertise in sourcing within India.
