I’m launching a renewable-energy project that will operate across Asia and I need a seasoned recruiter based in Indonesia or Vietnam to build the entire talent pipeline for our technical teams. Your mission is to design and run a lean recruitment campaign, tap into local networks, and hand me a shortlist of English-speaking professionals ready to start.

Here’s what the assignment covers:
• Craft a sourcing strategy (job boards, social channels, referrals, whatever works in your market).
• Manage responses, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
• Pre-screen every applicant, then conduct first-round interviews in English to verify skills and communication ability.
• Present a curated batch of CVs with concise interview notes and your hiring recommendations.

Success looks like a signed-off shortlist that meets the role requirements we’ll finalise together. Payment is released on that milestone.
