You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide insights and recommendations on talent trends and hiring best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
