Recruiter Opportunity with VIP Guru
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run VIP Guru, a fast-moving software agency that staffs projects for brands such as Apple, Tesla and Calendly. Demand for senior engineers keeps growing, so I’m widening our recruiting bench and I’d like you to become one of our external sourcers.
Here’s how the collaboration works. You tap into your network, LinkedIn searches, niche communities or any other channels you trust to spot senior developers who thrive in modern stacks. After a quick screening call you’ll pass the appropriate profiles to me, and if the fit looks right, coordinate a technical interview with our team. When a candidate you introduced is placed on a client project, you earn a recurring monthly commission for as long as that developer remains on assignment.
The role is completely flexible: work the hours you want, focus on the skill sets you know best, and keep building your own network while you do it. I care about quality, speed and a professional candidate experience; the rest is up to you.
