IT Recruiter — Commission Basis
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for an experienced freelance IT recruiter to handle end-to-end domestic hiring on a pure commission model. You’ll earn 5,000 INR for every candidate who joins.
Scope
• Focus on sourcing and closing mid-level professionals.
• Positions range across both permanent and contract roles.
• Current priority is talent with strong Staffing expertise; future requisitions may broaden.
What I need from you
- Screen, interview and present qualified candidates quickly.
- Coordinate the process through offer, acceptance and successful Day-1 onboarding.
- Maintain clear status updates so we can move fast.
