Recruit Thai Jewelry Talent -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m expanding a jewellery designing business in Thailand and need a seasoned recruiter who can secure permanent staff for two critical areas: creative Designers and result-driven Sales & Marketing professionals. The ideal partner already understands the local jewellery scene, speaks Thai and English fluently, and has an active network that reaches both workshop creatives and retail-savvy marketers.
You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, portfolio or sales-track verification, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation—until each hire is successfully onboarded. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Thai job boards, and industry trade networks will help you move quickly.
Deliverables (all permanent positions):
• Shortlists of at least five qualified Designer candidates and five Sales & Marketing candidates, complete with résumés, work samples or sales metrics, and your evaluation notes.
• Weekly progress updates outlining outreach numbers, response rates, and next actions.
• Final placement report confirming accepted offers and agreed start dates.
A quick turnaround is important; I’d like to begin interviews within three weeks of project start. If you can bring top jewellery talent to the table and guide us through to signed contracts, let’s discuss the details and timeline.
