Recruit Plant Operator & Assistant
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a growing manufacturing facility and I need an experienced recruiter to fill two key positions quickly and effectively.
1. Plant Operator (Mid-level)
The operator must already be comfortable working in a production environment and bring hands-on know-how in:
• Machine operation
• Quality control
• Maintenance and repair
2. Personal Assistant
The assistant will handle classic PA duties—calendar management, travel bookings, email triage and light project follow-ups—supporting me directly so I can stay focused on production targets.
What I need from you
• Draft role descriptions that sell the opportunity yet set clear expectations
• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals or your own pipeline
• Pre-screen, interview and shortlist candidates who meet the criteria above
• Present concise candidate reports and schedule final interviews with me
• Guide both hires through offer, acceptance and onboarding paperwork
Success is two signed contracts with candidates who can start within the agreed timeline and pass standard reference and background checks.
