Recruit Permanent IT Support Specialists
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need help sourcing and screening candidates for several permanent IT Support Specialist openings within my organisation. These are full-time, in-house roles (no contractors or temps), so I’m looking for a recruiter who already understands the Information Technology talent market and can move quickly from first outreach through to shortlisting and interview coordination.
What I expect from you
• A targeted talent search using your own networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards or other proven channels
• Initial CV screening and a short note on each candidate’s relevant skills, certifications and salary expectations
• Coordination of first-round video interviews with my hiring manager
• Weekly progress updates so I can keep stakeholders informed
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum of five qualified IT Support Specialist candidates presented within two weeks
• Each candidate must meet the core requirements I’ll provide (Windows desktop support, basic networking, customer-facing troubleshooting)
• All candidates must confirm interest in a permanent position before you submit them
