Recruit Entry-Level Retail Talent

I run a fast-growing retail operation and need a proactive recruiter who can own the full cycle for two high-volume roles: sales associates and customer support representatives. Every hire must be entry-level yet show outstanding communication and problem-solving skills—non-negotiables for success on our shop floor and help desk.

Your day-to-day will involve writing attention-grabbing ads, sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, local job boards, and your own network, screening resumes, running first-round phone screens, and presenting only the best matches to me. Cultural fit is critical, so I’ll count on you to probe for attitude as much as aptitude.

Deliverables
• 10 shortlisted sales candidates and 10 shortlisted customer support candidates
• A concise summary sheet for each person covering skill evidence, salary expectations, and notice period
• Calendar invites locked in for second-round interviews with my team

Acceptance criteria
The shortlist must reach me within two weeks, with at least 70 % of presented candidates passing our second-round interview.
