Recruit Entry-Level BPO Talent

I need a hands-on recruitment partner who can take complete ownership of filling several entry-level positions across our BPO and customer service teams. You’ll begin by actively sourcing fresh talent on LinkedIn, the major job boards, and any relevant social media channels, screening profiles for strong communication skills and a genuine customer-centric attitude.

Once you have a solid shortlist, you’ll conduct the first-round interviews, probing for cultural fit and trainability before passing successful candidates to me for final approval. After offers go out, I’m counting on you to guide each new hire through the onboarding paperwork and first-week orientation so they hit the floor ready to perform.
