Recruit 1 U.S. Candidate for Remote Outreach (With Guaranteed $10 Compensation!)

We are looking for a proactive recruiter to help us find one qualified U.S.-based candidate for a remote LinkedIn outreach role.
What You Need to Submit (within 7 days of offer acceptance):
Please submit the following two items:
・Clear proof that the candidate has agreed to participate in the project (e.g., a brief message exchange)
・A short profile of the candidate (including relevant background and a link to their LinkedIn profile)
Compensation:
・You will be paid $45 only if the candidate you refer officially signs a contract with us.
・As a guarantee, we will pay $10 if you submit both items above by the 7-day deadline. We want to ensure that your efforts are not wasted and that sincere work is always rewarded.
・This job is for one candidate only at this stage. If the candidate does not complete the contract, the $45 will not be paid.
・If your performance is strong, we are open to assigning you more recruiting tasks with even better terms.
Important Notes:
The candidate you refer will work directly with us, not under you. The person you introduce to us must meet the following requirements:
・Be a U.S. citizen
・Have a LinkedIn profile
・Understand that this is a commission-based role, not a salaried position
