Recruit African Security and geopolitics Researchers
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced HR or talent-sourcing specialist to present a shortlist of strong, mid-level research candidates from across Africa. Each profile must show solid, hands-on experience in both security and geopolitics and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree.
Here is what I need from you:
• 8–10 vetted CVs with direct, published or project-based work on security and geopolitics in Africa or other relevant regions.
• A brief screening summary for every candidate highlighting domain expertise, years of experience, language skills, current location, compensation expectations, and earliest start date.
• Your sourcing approach (LinkedIn, regional academic networks, professional associations, referrals, etc.) so I understand where the talent pool is coming from.
Acceptance criteria
• All shortlisted researchers are African nationals or long-term residents.
• Each meets the mid-level threshold (roughly 3–7 years of relevant research work).
• Bachelor’s degree confirmed; higher qualifications are, of course, welcome.
• Profiles delivered in a single, neatly organised file or shared drive folder within the agreed timeframe.
