Recruit Aerospace Engineers

I need a talent acquisition partner who can quickly source and engage mid-level Mechanical Engineers and aerospace engineers for our aerospace programs. You will own the full recruiting cycle for these engineering positions—from refining the job brief with me, through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, niche aerospace forums, and university alumni networks, to screening, technical qualifying, and arranging interviews with our hiring panel. A solid understanding of aerospace manufacturing, structures, and certification workflows is essential so you can spot candidates who can step straight into our environment.

Success for me means receiving a carefully vetted shortlist of qualified Mechanical Engineers, complete with interview notes and salary expectations, ready for final-round interviews within an agreed timeline.
