What I expect:

• A tailored résumé / cover-letter tweak for each submission so it sails through ATS filters.
• All applications filed on my behalf, with a living tracker that shows date, link, version of documents used, and any recruiter follow-ups.
I’ll provide my core résumé, work history, and must-have criteria on day one. From there, you handle everything: role discovery, document optimization, submission, and basic correspondence until an interview is booked. Remote work is fine; solid results come with a performance bonus.
