Onsite Entry-Level IT Recruiter Dehradun

I need a hands-on recruiter who can sit in our Dehradun office and own the complete IT hiring cycle for entry-level positions. Your day will start with proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Hai and any other portal that helps you uncover fresh engineering talent. From there, you’ll screen every résumé yourself—this is the stage I consider absolutely critical—so I’m counting on your eye for detail and your ability to separate promising juniors from the flood of applicants. The candidate needs to reside in Dehradun since this is an onsite role.

Once a profile looks right, you will run the first HR conversation, assess attitude, communication and salary expectations, then coordinate technical rounds with my hiring managers. Clear, timely follow-ups with candidates and managers alike are essential; we cannot afford to lose good people to slow feedback loops.

I’m not limiting the pipeline to one narrow skill set. Whether the role leans toward software development, networking, cybersecurity or something adjacent, the objective is to keep a strong bench of ready-to-hire juniors and close each open requisition without delay. You will also handle salary negotiation, draft and roll out offers, and track every step in a live spreadsheet/ATS so we always know where things stand.

Deliverables I expect:
• A continuously updated tracker showing funnel status for every open job
• A minimum of three quality, interview-ready candidates per requisition within agreed timelines
• Final offer letters issued and accepted, with joining dates locked in
