Role Description
I need a skilled freelance recruiter to help fill both permanent and contract Senior, mid-level , Junior positions in IT and non-IT sectors.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, particularly at the mid-level
- Strong network and sourcing strategies
- Ability to assess candidate fit and manage the recruitment process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Job Portal – Naukri Access would be given
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Background in recruitment, preferably in a freelance capacity
- Familiarity with both IT and non-IT job markets
- Proven track record of successful placements
