Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and role expectations shared by the Hiring Manager.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Social Networks, Talent Communities, References, etc.
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews and evaluate technical/communication fit.
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal team.
Maintain candidate pipeline and follow-ups till final selection & joining.
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles.
