I’m building a flexible pool of freelance recruiters who can keep my hiring pipeline full across several industries—technology, healthcare, finance and any others that come our way. The roles vary just as widely, so you could be hunting for developers one week and creative writers or designers the next.

The focus is purely on sourcing: identifying, approaching and engaging qualified candidates, then handing them over to my in-house team for interviews and onboarding. If you already have proven strategies for LinkedIn, niche job boards, Boolean search or referral outreach, that’s exactly the kind of expertise I need.

What you’ll deliver
• A curated shortlist for each open position, complete with résumé/CV, contact details and a brief note on why the candidate matches the brief.
• Weekly progress updates summarising outreach volume, response rates and any market insights uncovered.
• Clean, well-organised candidate data (Google Sheets or ATS-ready CSV) so my team can step straight into interviews.

Success looks like at least three strong, interested candidates per role within the agreed timeline and clear documentation of your sourcing activity.
