Mid-Level Talent Sourcing Support

I need an HR specialist who can take full ownership of recruitment and staffing, with the emphasis firmly on sourcing candidates for several mid-level roles across our organisation.

You will be expected to write or refine job briefs, advertise strategically, and use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche job boards or any other channels you trust to build a strong pipeline. I will handle interviews and onboarding internally, so your success is measured by the quality and relevance of the people you bring to the table.

Deliverables
• A long-list of potential candidates with contact details and source notes
• A vetted short-list (10-20 qualified, available candidates per role) including resumes and brief screening summaries
• Weekly progress updates so we can adjust search parameters in real time
• Payment is settled monthly; we hope to have a long-term partnership.
