Mid Level Hiring Associate

I run a fast-growing company that builds and services industrial machines and I need a reliable, mid-level hiring associate to keep our talent pipeline moving. Your day-to-day focus will be on two core activities: first, sift through incoming resumes to identify candidates whose technical skills and safety-minded attitude match the demands of the shop floor; second, conduct structured first-round interviews (phone or video) and capture clear, concise notes for my final review.

You will work directly with me to refine job descriptions, choose posting channels, and agree on the screening criteria before you begin. Once interviews are complete, I expect a weekly summary that includes the shortlist, your evaluation scores, and any red flags worth discussing. If we hit our hiring targets and the process feels smooth, I’ll happily expand your scope.
