Malaysia-Based HR Recruiter Needed
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I’m searching for a freelance recruiter who actually sits in Malaysia to act as the local talent arm for my Greek corporate client. We’ll have openings at every level: junior, mid, and senior, so your network should span fresh graduates right up to seasoned leaders across standard corporate functions.
Core responsibilities
• Sourcing candidates – tap Malaysian job boards, LinkedIn, alumni groups, and your own contacts to build strong pipelines.
• Interviewing candidates – run first-round video or in-person interviews, capture notes, and rank the shortlist.
For each requisition I’ll pass you the job specification, salary band, and key competencies. You’ll return a weekly pipeline report plus a curated shortlist with interview feedback. My client’s in-house HR team will handle later-stage interviews and onboarding, so your focus remains on swift, high-quality talent delivery.
Fluency in English, familiarity with common ATS platforms (Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.), and demonstrable success placing Malaysian talent are must-haves. If you also understand European Union or Greek labour nuances, that’s a welcome bonus.
I’d like to kick this off right away and anticipate for you to share me more of yourself. Share your Malaysia hiring track record and your preferred engagement terms so we can move forward.
