Looking for Partner Finder
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hi! I’m leading a small team of 4 senior full-stack developers. We’re looking for a US-based software engineer to partner with us for a unique collaboration opportunity.
Your job will be to help us find US citizens (or permanent residents) who are open to this model:
1. What We Need From You:
Help us find real US-based software engineers interested in this partnership
Explain the model to them clearly (we’ll provide you all necessary material)
Ideally find multiple candidates, since we plan to handle 5–7 jobs simultaneously
2. Payment:
We’ll pay $100 per qualified and interested US-based engineer you refer who agrees to move forward
Additional bonuses if we close a contract with your referred partner
3. Ideal Candidate:
Has experience in recruiting or outreach
Good communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
My idea description:
- They apply and represent themselves as individual candidates for remote US software engineering jobs
- Our dev team handles the actual project delivery and coding work on their behalf
- The US person attends interviews, standups, and communicates with clients
- We split the income fairly (usually 70% to our team, 30% to the US-based partner)
- Long-term, we plan to register a US-based company with the partner's name if the collaboration grows
