LinkedIn Job Posting Recruiter
Budget: $3 – $10 NZD
I need a recruiter who knows LinkedIn Recruiter (and its posting dashboard) inside-out. The role is straightforward: take the vacancy information I provide, craft an engaging LinkedIn job post, publish it through the Recruiter platform, then manage the pipeline until I have a shortlist of qualified, interview-ready candidates.
Here’s what the assignment looks like from my side:
• We’ll start with a short briefing call where I share the position details, target skills, must-have qualifications, and any screening questions.
• Once live, you actively search and reach out to relevant profiles, handle incoming applications, and maintain an organized candidate tracker.
• Every few days, I receive a quick status update summarizing outreach numbers, response rates, and next steps.
• When the posting window closes—or sooner, if you hit the quality threshold—you deliver a vetted shortlist with résumé links, a brief note on each candidate’s fit, and your recommendation on who to interview first.
Success for me is simple: a concise, well-formatted job ad on LinkedIn, a steady flow of suitable applicants, and a final shortlist that I can move straight into interviews without extra filtering.
If you are already comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter’s search filters, InMail credits, and reporting tools, let’s connect and get this role filled quickly.
