Indian IT Recruitment Specialist Needed

I’m coordinating a series of short-term IT and software projects across India and need a recruiter who can jump in immediately to handle temporary placements. The roles span the full ladder—from fresh graduates who can code cleanly to seasoned tech leads who can steady a sprint team—so your network should already reach entry, mid, and senior talent pools.

You’ll own the end-to-end cycle: writing concise job ads, actively sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and similar platforms, screening for both technical fit and cultural add, then scheduling interviews with our hiring panel. Because every opening is project-based, speed and accuracy matter more than long onboarding decks; I’d like shortlists of qualified candidates on my desk within a week of each brief.

Deliverables (per role)
• A vetted shortlist of 5-7 candidates, complete with résumés and screening notes
• Interview availability matrix and contact details
• Weekly progress update until the position is closed
