Indeed Recruiter — Finance Roles

Our finance division is scaling and Indeed will be the primary channel for sourcing every new hire. I need a recruiter who already knows the platform inside-out, understands the nuances of attracting accounting, banking, audit or general finance professionals, and can turn ads and resume searches into a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Scope of work
• Draft, post and continuously refine high-performing job ads on Indeed.
• Run targeted resume searches and conduct initial outreach to suitable finance candidates.
• Screen CVs, hold first-round phone or video interviews and present a concise shortlist for each opening.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between shortlisted talent and our internal hiring managers.
• Track progress in a simple spreadsheet or ATS export so I can see funnel health at a glance.

What I’ll be looking for in your proposal
Experience. Show me examples of roles you have successfully filled in the finance sector using Indeed (volume, time-to-hire or other metrics are a plus). A brief note on your approach to ad optimisation and candidate screening will help me understand your style.

Acceptance criteria
A minimum of five well-matched, interview-ready candidates per role within the agreed timeline; clear communication and weekly status updates.
