Hiring Specialists

We are seeking a recruitment specialist or agency who can help us hire a dedicated team of digital marketing professionals to work night shifts (approximately 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST) on a long-term contractual/freelance basis.

Team Requirements to Be Hired:

Paid Ads Specialists (Google, Meta)

SEO & Local SEO Experts

Social Media Managers

Email Marketing & Automation Specialists

Marketing Manager (Team Lead)

Reporting & Analytics Expert


Ideal Candidates for These Roles Must Have:

Proven experience in the listed services

Experience with international clients (especially in our industries)

Strong communication and reporting skills

Ability to work during the specified IST night hours

High level of professionalism and accountability


Important Notes:

We are not registered in India; all team members will be engaged on a freelance/contract basis.

Weekly deliverables and reporting will be expected.


Your Role as a Hiring Specialist:

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for each role

Ensure team members can work collaboratively and meet deadlines

Coordinate onboarding and initial team setup
