Hire Tier-2 Sales Executives
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need support from an experienced freelance recruiter who can quickly source and screen field-based sales professionals across tier-2 Indian cities near Delhi. The people you line up must already be proven performers in B2B sales, bringing a demonstrable track record and clear, confident communication skills.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Build a talent funnel of experienced field sales executives who have verifiable success selling business-to-business products or services.
• Speak with each prospect to confirm their numbers, territory exposure, and communication ability before sharing their profile.
• Present a concise shortlist that highlights key metrics (current employer, years in B2B sales, target achievements, notice period, salary expectations, location).
• Coordinate interview slots between the candidates and my team until at least the first round is completed.
I am open to the industry background as long as the candidate’s history shows solid, quota-beating field work—experience in retail, FMCG, or telecom is perfectly acceptable if their core competency is B2B selling.
Deliverable acceptance criteria:
1. Minimum 15 qualified profiles delivered within one week of project start.
2. At least 10 of those candidates must attend a scheduled first-round interview.
3. All data shared—CV, interview notes, and contact details—must be accurate and up-to-date.
