Hire Mid-Level Produce Salesman
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I operate a fruit-and-vegetable business in Riyadh and need one mid-level salesman on staff. I’m looking for a recruiter who can take care of the entire hiring cycle—from writing the vacancy to handing me a short-list of qualified, interview-ready candidates.
What the ideal hire must bring:
1) fast learner, English speaking, malyalam background, low experience is ok as im hiring someone young like 28 ish.
• Solid sales experience, specifically in fresh produce or fast-moving consumer goods
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Full-time availability in Riyadh, with the flexibility to visit markets and clients daily
Your tasks:
1. Draft a compelling job description tailored to the Riyadh market.
2. Publish and circulate the vacancy across relevant local job boards, LinkedIn groups, and WhatsApp networks.
3. Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and narrow the pool to at least three strong contenders.
4. Provide me with each candidate’s résumé, salary expectations, and your evaluation notes.
5. Coordinate interview schedules until I select the final hire.
