High-Volume AI Project Recruiters
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Lighthouse 3.0, Oneforma’s latest multilingual AI-data initiative, is scaling rapidly and I need extra recruiting power to keep our talent pipeline flowing. The assignment is straightforward: source large numbers of native speakers in the required languages, run a quick eligibility check, then guide them through the platform’s self-service onboarding and certification.
There are no interviews, CV reviews, or technical assessments—once the candidate meets the basic language requirement, the platform does the rest.
Where to hunt
My current traction comes from social media outreach and targeted job-board posts, so I’d like you to double-down on those channels. Feel free to layer in your own tactics, but the bulk of sign-ups should originate from those two sources.
Geographic focus
Priority markets are Europe, Asia, and Canada. If you already maintain active communities or mailing lists in any of these regions, you’ll ramp up quickest.
What matters in a candidate
No special skills or prior AI experience are required; they just need to be native speakers of the language we’re collecting. Reliability and the ability to follow simple instructions are the only soft-skill filters.
Deliverables
• A steady weekly batch of qualified sign-ups who complete Oneforma’s online certification
• Brief tracking sheet showing source channel, language, and status for each referral
• Light candidate support—answering basic questions until their account shows “Ready”
Success is measured purely by the volume of fully onboarded participants you drive to the platform, so high-output recruiters will see ongoing, long-term work on successive phases.
