# Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant (Remote – Turkey)
StrongBodyAI is a technology company operating an AI-enabled platform that connects health and wellness professionals with international digital opportunities. As part of our continued expansion in Turkey, we are seeking experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultants to support structured candidate sourcing and onboarding activities.
## Position Summary
The Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying healthcare and wellness professionals who align with the StrongBodyAI platform ecosystem.
This includes, but is not limited to, physicians, dietitians, nutritionists, fitness professionals, yoga and pilates instructors, therapists, dermatology and aesthetic specialists, and other licensed or certified wellness practitioners.
## Key Responsibilities
Execute targeted outreach across professional networks, digital platforms, and online communities.
Initiate structured communication with prospective candidates and present platform value proposition.
Provide accurate and consistent information regarding onboarding requirements and registration procedures.
Support candidates through profile creation, account setup, and activation workflows.
Maintain professional communication standards and ensure systematic follow-up throughout the onboarding process.
## Engagement Model
Fully remote, independent contractor arrangement.
Flexible scheduling based on individual availability and output expectations.
Collaboration available on both part-time and full-time basis.
## Compensation Structure
Performance-based compensation of USD 40 per successfully activated professional on the platform.
## Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR consulting, sales, or business development.
Strong command of digital communication tools and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
Ability to operate independently in a remote, results-driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior exposure to healthcare, wellness, or professional services sectors is considered a strong advantage.
