Full-Cycle Tech Recruiter Needed

I need an experienced recruiter who can take full ownership of the process of hiring a junior full-stack React developer for my team. Internally, the primary responsibility tag for the role is “recruiter,” and I expect you to handle everything from sourcing through to the signed offer.

Here is what the assignment looks like:

• Full-cycle recruitment – you will source, screen, interview, negotiate, and close the hire without hand-offs.
• Preferred sourcing channels are LinkedIn and well-known Indian job portals; feel free to add creative channels once the core options have been exhausted.
• The target profile is a fresh graduate or 0-1 year talent from India with solid React skills plus enough backend exposure to operate comfortably in a full-stack environment.
• The position is 100 % remote and budgeted at ₹10000-12000 per month, so please screen for candidates motivated by learning opportunities and long-term growth rather than a high initial salary.

Acceptance criteria
– A pipeline of at least five screened candidates who fit the budget, technical, and location requirements.
– Completed interview notes and skill-evaluation summaries for each candidate.
– Coordination of final interviews with me and delivery of a single recommended hire, ready to start once approved.
- Candidate should start working with us for minimum 1 week.
